Super-excited to have a print included in Crank Up Cincy, a bike poster show in Cincinnati celebrating Bike Month 2014.
For the show I created ‘Decide to Ride’, a playful take on why we choose to bike. The poster focuses on the twin wheels, the essence of a bicycle. It presents several whimsical visual rhymes- a pair of sunny-side up eggs, twin cups of coffee, two ticking clocks and more. These illustrations depict reasons to ride, whether it be to breakfast or to get to work on time, for business or for fun. They are done in a crisp, modern style with a mid-century inspired color scheme. The words ‘Decide to Ride’ feature original lettering. Whatever your reason is, you should decide to ride!
